I am able to follow those instructions on a Ubuntu 20.04 system with no
issues and build the rauc tools for native x86. Note that you will have to
install some deps (like toolchain and possibly some dev packages). Can you
provide output from the terminal where you are encountering issues? Without
that I'm afraid it's going to be very hard to help you debug this.
